Product Descriptions
Visual T-shirt makes every effort to present accurate product descriptions, availability, and pricing at all times. Occasionally there may be typos, or erroneous information relating to these products. We reserve the right, without prior notice, (including after you have submitted your order), to correct such errors and to modify or bring the information up to date or cancel orders any information on the Website is inaccurate. Additionally, Visual T-shirt has made every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. Visual T-shirt does not guarantee the color accuracy of your computer monitor's display.
Pricing
The price of each product can be displayed in US Dollars (USD), Canadian (CAN), British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) or Australian Dollars (AUD)).
We make every effort to make sure that the prices on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we find out an error in the pricing of the goods that you order, we will notify you ASAP. Please ensure your contact information is current at all times. We may choose to reconfirm your order at the corrected price or cancel. If we are not capable to reach you within 7 days, your order will be denied. If your order is canceled either by request or by us, any payments received will be refunded in full. If you confirm, you must pay the difference before we dispatch the product.
Approval of Your Order
One time you have placed your order, we will send you an email recognize the receiving of your order. This email is only a confirmation. It does not comprise an acceptance of your order. Once accepted, the contract between you and Visual T-shirt will be finished. We will send you an email to verify the supplies have been shipped.
Visual T-shirt retains the right, and at its sole discretion, not agree to an order for any cause. Such causes include, but are not imperfect to:
- The product is out of the store or is withdrawn due to its breakdown to meet our class values
- Shipping limitations related to one or all of the ordered objects
- Pricing or product explanation mistakes
- Unable to obtain payment authorization
- You do not meet up all the eligibility criteria to buy as set out in this Terms and Conditions.

Payment
Visual T-shirt accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay and PAYPAL for international orders. We are unable to accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers. We do not ship C.O.D (cash-on-delivery).
By placing an order by using one on top of payment mode, you verify that the account used is yours or so as to you have obtained proper authorization or consent from the holder to use it. Visual T-shirt will not liable for any delay or non-delivery if your card issuer says no to approve payment to us.
Our payment methods meet the stringent international safety standards set downward by the PCI (Payment Card Industry). In the non-attendance of negligence on our part, we will not be answerable for any loss you may bear if any third party procures unauthorized right to use to every data you offer when using our site.
Currently, Visual T-shirt accepts payments in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD) and US Dollars (USD). You can choose to pay in any of these currencies regardless of your location. The cost of your order will be converted using the Visual T-shirt conversion rate. Just select the desired currency from the drop-down list at the top left-hand side of the screen.
Delivery
Visual T-shirt ensures each purchase while in transit until it is delivered to the specified location. All goods delivered require a signature, at which point, responsibility for purchased goods transfers to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a present) then you accept that proof of an autograph by them (or at that delivery address) is proof of delivery and completion by Visual T-shirt, and transfer of responsibility occurs in the same manner.
We make every effort to deliver the products within the lead-time shown for each product at the time of purchase, whenever practical. Shipment of products is subject to availability. Delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are estimates.
We will not be responsible for any delays related to destination customs clearance processes. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges suffered in the event we delay supplying or not supply those products.

Please ensure your contact information and delivery address are correct. You will not hold Visual T-shirt responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Import Duty
Visual T-shirt has no control over import taxes, customs, duties or fees levied by other countries; we cannot predict those costs. International orders may be subject to these fees as determined by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for payment of all such duties, fees, and taxes. If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. You will not hold Nw Trends liable for any breach of any such laws.
Returns
1) Return plan
If for any cause you are not completely happy with your buy, we will accept your timely return of such items. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged by the consumer. We will accept any defective merchandise for refund or replacement.
Merchandise that is being returned should be sent back in the original packaging with all tags and paperwork; it must be in same, new condition as when it was received and must be resalable, or we will refuse your return request. Items should be returned within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be given to the original form of payment.
We must receive written notification using the Contact Us form prior to returning any items.
If merchandise is returned without proper authorization, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request. The merchandise will be returned to you.
Once your return request is authorized and approved, we will provide you instructions on how to return the items as well as the return address
2) Return postage
The customer is responsible for return postage. Items that are being returned to us are your responsibility. We hily suggest you take reasonable care when returning merchandise to us. Ensure that the items you are returning have the correct address, and are properly packed, and are shipped via a highly regarded carrier. Keep your receipt from shipping. You will need this as your proof of return in the event that we do not receive the shipment. We will ask you to provide the shipping receipt as proof so that we may trace the package. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of return.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel is lost or damaged while in transit, you will be able to file a claim against the shipping company.
3) Non-returnable items
All items returned should be in resalable condition (unless damaged or faulty).
Our policy excludes the following items as non-returnable.
-Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged or altered from their original condition
-Final sale items are non-returnable
-Items sold as combos or sets are not eligible for return as individual items
4) Exchange
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
5) Faulty item
We make every attempt to ship only the highest quality merchandise to our customers.
If you encounter a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our customer care team is ready and willing to guide you through the returns process as well as resolve any issues. To expedite the returns process, please have your order number, as well as the name and product code of the item and the details of the problem available when requesting authorization. We will also need two photos showing the defect/fault.
The item will be assessed by our Returns Department once it has been received. We may consult with the manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is determined to be faulty, you will receive a full refund in addition to the delivery charges. However, if there was more than the faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. You can request a replacement.
Items that are returned are determined not to be faulty will be returned. We will then charge you for the return postage according to the original payment method. If your credit card has expired or is declined we will not return your items until we have received payment in full for these charges. Please contact a Custom Care team member if you have any questions.
6) If you receive damaged items

7) Wrong item
We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We strive for 100% accuracy when filling and shipping orders. Unfortunately, sometimes errors do occur.
If you have received the wrong item(s), please Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our Customer Care Team will get back to you promptly and help arrange a return. You can choose to have a refund or replacement of the product.
8) Refund
Our continued commitment to our customers includes timely refunds. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive your refund within 6 working days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Since we have no control over how banks post refunds, the refund period includes only the time taken to complete the refunds process. Check with your bank or Credit Card Company if you have not received your refund within a couple of days of the email notification received from us.
General Terms and Conditions for Newsletter Rewards Program
This Newsletter Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law. www.visualtshirt.com reserves the right to terminate your account and your participation in the Program if newtrends.co determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or the Website terms and conditions. NewTrends.co reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Participants are responsible for all taxes, liabilities, surcharges, and any other fees associated with participation in the Program. NewTrends.co, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents ("Released Parties") shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Program including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Program. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of these Terms and Conditions or administration of the Program. NewTrends.co reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud, tampering or other conduct is suspected. IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE PROGRAM.
