Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges
Each order is custom and printed on demand, due to this nature, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If, upon receipt of your finished Product, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please email us within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days. In order to receive a replacement product, the customer needs to simply provide us with a picture of the product (defect) in question and the name of the order and email it to email@example.com. You may also choose to send back your defective or damaged product.
Once we verify the defect, we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by submitting an online ticket with your order number and issue. You may also submit a request through our Facebook chat.
2. You must return products and provide a valid tracking number for your return.
3. Ship package(s) through your local USPS to the address that we will forward you to our nearest printing facility.
4. Exchanges: Your exchanged item will be shipped out to you 7-10 days of us receiving your return.
